Joe Bursley is the Digital Media Specialist for the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee, providing guidance and digital assistance to help elect conservative leadership across the state. He previously interned at the Indiana Statehouse with the Communications and Media Relations Department during the  122nd General Assembly.

Joe is a graduate of Ball State University, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications with a concentration in emerging media and a minor in creative writing. During his time at Ball State, Joe served as the Public Relations Director of the College Republicans chapter two years in a row. Joe has experience in video production & editing, graphic design, motion graphics & animation, and HTML website design & development.

Joe continues to volunteer for local and regional campaigns to remain a civically engaged citizen. Having always loved storytelling and media from a young age, Joe hopes to continue to work on the cutting edge of communications in today’s increasingly digital world.
